What we collect

• Account details: your email address, optional name and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself).
• Your texts and reports: when you're signed in, the texts you check, drafts you generate and items you save are stored only in your account so you can come back to them. They are not shared with other users or published.
• Usage counts: how many checks, drafts, tool runs and API calls you use each month, to apply plan limits.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and short-lived counters are kept for up to two days. Sign-in sessions record your browser's user-agent string.

Free checks run on the home page without an account are processed to produce your report and are not saved.

How your text is processed

To run a check, short distinctive passages from your text are sent as search queries to public search services (such as DuckDuckGo, Bing and Wikipedia), and your text is analyzed by AI models running on Cloudflare Workers AI. Our service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We don't sell your data or use your texts to train AI models.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.

Your choices

• Delete any saved document or report at any time from your library.
• Delete your whole account from Account & plan. This permanently removes your account, texts, reports and API keys.

Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your email address and payment details; we store only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never your card number.

Children

The service is intended for users aged 13 and over. Educators using it with students are responsible for following their school's policies and applicable law.
